EDGE GRAIN White Oak 4-3/4" Thick

I was writing the estimate for White Oak and I got a photo from the Designer showing me Hard Maple with a white tint. I had to stop buying the lumber

Very Important:

This Sink Should Have Been a "Circle Bar Sink."

At the edge of the block THERE is ONLY 3/4"  END GRAIN That's Not Enough for the BLOCK TO REMAINED GLUED UP!

VERY BAD DESIGN IN BUTCHER BLOCK!
